Lunchtime Butterflies

A bumper crop today including Small, Large and Green Veined White, Orange Tip, Small Tortoiseshell, Speckled Wood and Brimstone.

Amongst the usual suspects last night were Pale Brindled Beauty and Twenty-plume Moth. Also 2 Early Thorn and Dotted Border.

Red Rumped Swallow

A cracking find by Rob Gill this morning. Presumably the Frolesworth bird from the previous day. Sadly I didn't get chance to get over to see it as I was at Woodlands Garden Centre at Stapleton which is currently flogging a copy of my book at the bargain price of £7.99. Oh how the mighty have fallen...........
