Norfolk

All plans now firmly in place for Rob Gill's 40th next weekend. Holkham, Titchwell and Welney will all feature plus a seemingly excellent hotel, Briarfields. Lots of beer and a Little Chef on the way for good measure. It doesn't get much better. Just hoping for some decent birds too..........

Little Chef?! more like Little Thief!!
Russ I would go to a greasy spoon instead of paying for the shite food at Little Thief.
Also forgot to say Happy New Year mate.

Happy New Year to you too mate. You need to join the Friends of Little Chef club!! All sorts of online offers..........Actually don't think the grub is that bad but agree on the pricing structure!!

Or you could do what Dave and I usually do if we can't find a greasy roadside van, go to McDonalds...

There's a great roadside caravan/cafe by the entrance to Clumber Park. Well recommended by Skev, Dave and I.

Ahhh but I'm one of your pasty faced veggie friends John so a McD doesn't quite hold the same appeal. Also, we need a roadside cafe but the entrance to Holkham Park really and I can't his Dukeness allowing that.....(unless the money was right)
